Unique Solution Developed for a Leading Pharmaceutical Company
When one of Denmark’s largest pharmaceutical companies approaches us with a complex project, we know that finding the perfect solution requires both precision and creativity. We are therefore proud to present the nearly complete result of an exciting project, where we worked closely with the customer to develop custom-designed transportation racks that are now ready for real-world testing at their facility.
From Concept to Final Product
The project began with an in-depth needs assessment in close collaboration with the client. During this phase, specific requirements were defined, including:
- Ergonomics and safety to ensure optimal handling of production equipment
- Cleanability to meet the strict hygiene standards of the pharmaceutical industry
- Compatibility with AGILOX AMR to integrate with existing automated processes
- Material selection, with stainless steel and PP chosen for durability and hygiene
- Enclosed units to protect the transported equipment
- CNC-milled inserts to ensure components remain securely in place during transport
- Documentation for the complete concept, including materials and spare parts
Educational prototype development in collaboration with specialists
After the initial concept phase, a prototype was built and underwent extensive in-house quality testing. Both materials and functionality were evaluated were evaluated over several meetings with the customer’s specialists, and necessary adjustments were made based on the specialists’ feedback. For us, it is essential to ensure that every detail is optimized before the product is implemented into operation.
Ready for Real-World Testing
The racks are now ready to be tested in the company’s daily operations. We look forward to receiving valuable feedback, which can be used for any final adjustments. This marks the end of an extensive development process and the beginning of a new phase, where the product will prove its value in practice.
