Even in the most well-functioning automation, an unexpected stop can occur. If an AGILOX ONE AMR were to stop in the middle of a transportation task, it could create bottlenecks in logistics and disrupt production. This is where ICOS comes in. The mobile hydraulic lifting trolley makes it possible to move the AMR quickly and safely so that operations can continue without extended interruptions.
Icos is designed to handle different scenarios. It can move:
- AGILOX ONE with workpiece carrier
- Remove the workpiece carrier and transport it separately
- Transporting the AMR without a carrier
This flexibility makes ICOS a versatile tool that ensures stability throughout the logistics flow. This means that production can be kept running even if a robot is unexpectedly taken out of service.
ICOS is constructed in black powder-coated steel and consists of two mobile units, one left and one right, as well as a transport bracket and a crossbar that acts as both handle and stabilizer. The robust construction ensures reliability and longevity, while being easy to handle in stressful situations.
