How do you turn a load carrier on the spot?

AGILOX Drive units

Imagine a production hall where every square meter counts and where maneuvering space is limited. Perhaps you know the situation yourself, narrow aisles, busy surroundings, and the need to turn transport equipment without hassle. Turning a traditional truck in such an environment can quickly become a challenge. But what if it could be done right on the spot without requiring extra space? The answer lies in the drive units.

Patented drive units at the core

Our AGILOX AMR is equipped with four patented drive units and a total of eight wheels, all operating fully electrically. This combination provides a compact yet powerful solution where movements are both precise and flexible.

The wheels are made of Vulkulan rubber, a highly durable material developed for industrial use. This ensures they can withstand many hours of daily operation without losing precision.

Ready for operation from the very first meter

When the robot starts up, the system automatically ensures that the wheels are correctly aligned. This means there is no need to worry about adjustments or manual settings. As a result, the robot can run smoothly from the very first meter, ensuring stable operation.

Omnidirectional movement

What makes AGILOX special is its ability to move in all directions. The robot can rotate 180 degrees on the spot, drive sideways, and even move diagonally. This omnidirectional movement makes it unique compared to traditional solutions.

For companies, this means the robot can operate in narrow aisles where extensive turning space would otherwise be required, opening up new possibilities for layouts and allowing warehouses or production areas to be utilized more efficiently. Flexibility in movement is not only about saving space, it also provides operational advantages since the robots can easily adapt to layout changes without major investments or extensive infrastructure modifications.

Proven durability

The drive units are thoroughly tested and designed for industrial use. They combine stability and robustness with a construction that requires minimal maintenance, keeping operations running with as few interruptions as possible.
