LED-Light Safety
Discover our advanced LED light safety concept, designed to enhance visibility and ensure the highest level of safety in warehouses and production environments.
Advanced safety lighting concept for enhanced facility operations
Our innovative safety lighting system, combines functionality and intelligence to improve safety, efficiency, and energy savings in industrial and warehouse environments.
The system utilizes high-performance projectors capable of projecting visual signals or indicators onto desired surfaces such as floors, walls, or ceilings. These projectors can include warnings, directional guides, or operational zones, creating clear and effective communication in busy facilities and environments.
Integration with PLC systems
The lights are integrated with a PLC control box, enabling seamless communication with equipment such as forklifts, AMRs, and AGVs equipped with RFID tags. This connectivity allows for automated activation and deactivation of lights based on real-time equipment movement, optimizing safety and minimizing unnecessary power usages. Additionally, the PLC system provides advanced control features, including:
- Pulsating mode: Draws attention to critical zones or signals by creating dynamic visual effects.
- Adjustable brightness: Precisly controls lights intensity to suit specific operational needs.
- Energy-saving features: Enables scheduled dimming or deactivation during non-peak hours.
Energy efficiency with high standards
Each lamp operates at a standard 100 to 300 watt output, delivering robust performance while maintaining energy efficiency. The system is designed to provide long-term reliability with minimal maintenance requirements.

Benefits of the safety lighting concept
Enhanced Safety
Clear visual indicators reduce the risk of accidents and miscommunication.
Operational efficiency
Automated responses to equipment movement streamline workflows.
Flexibility
The lights can be repositioned, and the projectors can display almost unlimited information.
Energy saving
Intelligent controls can reduce usage during low-activity periods.
Broad Adaptability
Adaptable to wide range of industrial and warehouse facilities and wet environments.

Real-time pedestrian safety example
A pedestrian crossing can be projected over a walkway that crosses an area with forklifts or automated solutions. As a vehicle approaches within a specific range, the pedestrian crossing light will automatically switch off, and a stop sign will be projected instead alerting workers to the presence of moving vehicles. This dynamic system enhances workers awareness, ensuring safer environments where pedestrian and vehicle paths intersect.

Customizable lens options
The following are just a few examples of the lens options available for our safety lighting system. In reality, the possibilities are nearly endless, and lenses can be customized to project a wide range of patterns, symbols, or information to meet the specific needs of your facility. From pedestrian crossings to safety zones and directional guides, the system can be tailored to enhance safety and efficiency in various environments.
