AGILOX OCF Heavy Lifting
The OCF is a counterbalanced AMR designed for omnidirectional mobility and capable of lifting and transporting heavier loads. This AMR can handle all types of pallets, including those with closed bottoms (CHEP), making it suitable for a wide range of logistics tasks. It is available in various configurations, such as lifting capacity, fork length, and lifting height, enabling it to meet specific operational needs.
Equipped with an electromechanical lifting cylinder, the OCF provides a powerful lifting system that allows for efficient stacking of pallets. With three drive units, the OCF features an omnidirectional drive concept that supports standard forward and backward movements, as well as parallel, diagonal, and rotating movements around the vehicle’s center.
The OCF utilizes the contours of its surroundings for precise navigation, automatically detecting and avoiding obstacles to ensure safe operation. Various sensors, including safety laser scanners, enhance navigation accuracy. To improve safety in its operating environment, the OCF is equipped with a floor spotlight that projects green light to alert personnel of its approach, along with white lights on the bottom front and top rear of the lift mast to indicate changes in direction.

Payload
The OCF can be configured with two payload options, offering a maximum payload capacity of either 750 kg or 1,500 kg.
Lifting height options
The OCF has a standard height of 2,56 m and a maximum lifting height of 1,6 m. It is also available with a height of 2,34 m and a maximum lifting height of 1,2 m for low passages and high-speed doors.
Fork length options
The OCF is equipped with forks available in two lenghts of 1,200 mm and 1,400 mm, providing increased flexibility for transporting pallets.
Fork width adjusments
For greater flexibility in handling different load carriers, the OCF offers either an electric or manual fork width adjustment. The electric option also supports automatic fork adjustment.
