The WEWO Palletmover Stacker is an advanced AGV solution for automated pallet handling, designed to handle both double stacking and multi-level storage. With a lifting height of up to 2.5 meters, it combines compact design with high performance, making it suitable for both transport and storage in demanding environments.
The Stacker model is based on a modular platform that allows for tailor-made adaptations. It is possible to customize lifting height, capacity and navigation methods, including safety and top scanners, as needed. The fork design can also be adapted for large trolleys or other specialized units, increasing flexibility.
With the capacity to transport items up to 1,300 kg and a small turning radius, Palletmover Stacker can navigate narrow aisles efficiently. It is ideal for goods receiving, internal transportation, picking at production lines, and handling inbound and outbound docs.

The AGV is equipped with a top-mounted laser scanner that detects reference points formed from the structure and contours of the environment. This data is converted into precise position information.
The advantage of this method is that it does not require additional infrastructure. There is no need for cables, magnets or fixed markers, although individual reflectors can still be used as needed for further optimization.
