AGILOX OCF

OCF represents a new generation of counterbalance AMRs, developed to handle demanding logistics tasks. It is particularly well suited for heavy load carriers and can easily transport and stack closed pallets such as CHEP.

With its electromechanical lifting cylinder, OCF enables efficient and stable pallet handling, including stacking, while its omnidirectional mobility provides full freedom of movement. Thanks to three drive units, OCF can move forward, backward, diagonally, or rotate on the spot, making it highly flexible in complex logistics and production environments.

OCF is offered in multiple configurations with different lifting capacities, fork lengths, and lifting heights, allowing it to be adapted to specific needs and integrated into a wide range of operations.

Navigation is based on contour recognition, and the robot automatically detects obstacles to ensure precise and safe movement. Equipped with advanced sensors, safety scanners, and visual warnings, OCF maintains the highest safety standards in busy environments.

The result is a reliable automation solution that combines robust engineering, lifting capacity, and intelligent technology.

Load Capacity

OCF’en fås med en maksimal lastekapacitet på enten 750 kg eller 1.500 kg.

Lifting Height

Standard height is 2.56 m with a maximum lifting height of 1.6 m. An alternative lower version at 2.34 m is also available, with a maximum lifting height of 1.2 m, ideal for areas with low clearance and fast doors.

Fork Length

OCF can be selected with two fork lengths. Choose between 1,200 mm or 1,400 mm forks for greater flexibility in pallet handling.

Adjustable Fork Width

Available with manual or electric adjustment. The electric option can also be delivered with automatic adjustment for even higher flexibility.
