Once a robot has finished palletizing on the Pallet Changer, the system changes to an empty pallet in a single step without stopping production. The result is a faster workflow and a significantly more stable process.

The Pallet Changer makes it possible for an AMR or AGV to deliver an empty pallet underneath a loaded pallet, after which the AMR or AGV can retrieve the loaded pallet once the process is complete. When a pallet is lifted off, the next one automatically glides up, allowing the robot to continue palletizing without pauses.

The Pallet Changer operates entirely mechanically. This provides a reliable solution that functions with minimal maintenance. This simple functionality saves up to 65% of the time spent during each pallet change, freeing up the robot for other tasks much faster.

The Pallet Changer is designed for standard pallets measuring 800 x 1200 mm. With a backplate, it can also handle 1000 x 1200 mm pallets, making the solution flexible for many types of production.
