WEWO Palletmover Stacker
The WEWO Palletmover Stacker is an advanced AGV solution for automated pallet handling, designed to manage both double stacking and storage at multiple levels. With a lift height of up to 2.5 meters, it combines a compact build with high performance, making it highly suitable for both transport and storage in demanding environments.
The Stacker model is based on a modular platform that allows for custom adaptations. It is possible to tailor the lift height, capacity, and navigation methods including safety and top scanners based on your specific requirements. Furthermore, the fork design can be customized for large roll cages or other specialized units, which increases its flexibility.
With the capacity to transport loads of up to 1,300 kg and a small turning radius, the Palletmover Stacker can navigate efficiently in narrow aisles. It is ideal for goods receiving, internal transport, line-side picking at production lines, as well as handling at inbound and outbound docks.
Whether used in warehouse operations or in production, the Palletmover Stacker helps optimize workflows, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs.

One of the most impressive features of the Palletmover is its ability to navigate using the surrounding environment. The AGV is equipped with a laser scanner mounted at the top, which detects reference points based on the structures and contours of the surroundings. This data is converted into precise positioning information.
The advantage of this method is that it requires no additional infrastructure. This means there is no need for cables, magnets, or fixed markers, though a few reflectors can still be used if needed for further optimization.
