How long is the delivery time?

What are the requirements for internal environments?
Our automation solutions are designed to meet diverse needs in production and logistics across multiple industries. However, specific environmental requirements depend on the selected AMR or AGV model.
- AGILOX performs best on smooth, level floors and offers great flexibility in facilities where the layout changes frequently. The solution requires Wi-Fi, a stable power supply, and a connection to the fire alarm system. It is important that the surroundings are not damp, as AGILOX is not intended for use in wet environments.
- WEWO is engineered for more robust environments. Its larger wheels ensure stable driving on uneven floors. This solution also requires Wi-Fi, a power supply, and a fire alarm connection. Please note that standard WEWO models must not be used in humid areas, unless you opt for our stainless steel models, which are specifically designed for these conditions.
What type of batteries are used in the robotic solutions?
- AGILOX utilizes a highly efficient lithium iron phosphate battery (LiFePO_4), which is based on lithium-ion cells. In the event of a fire, this battery can be extinguished using a standard powder extinguisher, providing an extra layer of safety.
- WEWO utilizes standard lithium-ion batteries and therefore requires specific safety measures. These are implemented to ensure operational stability and high safety, even in demanding environments.
What is the energy consumption of your robotic solutions?
Our AGILOX AMRs and WEWO AGVs are developed with a strong focus on energy efficiency. They use less than half the energy consumed by traditional forklifts and stackers, reducing both operational costs and environmental impact.

What do we do if the robotic solution stops?
Should an unexpected stop occur, the recovery procedures vary by machine type:
- AGILOX can be moved using our specialized ICOS-S1 lifting equipment. Additionally, the machine can be switched to manual mode and controlled via a tablet or mobile device, making it easy to maneuver without automated functions.
- WEWO is equipped with a detachable controller that enables manual operation. Alternatively, a standard forklift can be used to move the machine.
What is your typical response time for support inquiries?
Online Support: Depends on your selected support agreement, with response times up to 1 hour within the chosen timeframes. A 24/7 support agreement is available as an optional add-on.
On-Site Support: Features a response time of up to 8 hours.
Do you offer on-site support?
Yes, we offer comprehensive on-site support in connection with implementation, training, and machine servicing. Our expert team will visit your facility to ensure seamless integration and smooth daily operations.
What training is provided during setup and operation?
Training and setup frameworks vary depending on the specific machine.
- AGILOX: We offer flexible training programs, including on-site workshops, in-house sessions, and virtual courses. The training is structured into three distinct tiers: Level 1 Operator, Level 2 Leader, and Level 3 Administration. All three levels include one hour of dedicated health and safety training.
- WEWO: Setup and customization are primarily handled by our own team due to the more complex configuration requirements. In certain cases, key personnel from your company can be trained in selected functions; this is agreed upon individually and may require extra sessions.
Our goal is to ensure that your systems function optimally and adapt perfectly to your business needs.
How long does a typical implementation take?
A standard stand-alone system typically takes 2 weeks:
3 days for mapping and setting up workflows.
2 days for fine-tuning.
5 days of operational monitoring prior to handover and acceptance testing.
Training is fully integrated into this process. Adding extra machines to an already existing workflow takes only a couple of hours.
